Basic feature of the township with respect to amenities are as follows:
a) The necessary infrastructure
to fulfill per capita demand of water per day for various
usages like drinking and other purposes, with necessary back-up
arrangements would be provided as part of scheme.
b) An independent power generation and
distribution network is envisaged for the city. Sufficient
power supply using latest distribution systems would be
ensured. Which means in short the provision of 100% power
back-up facility.
c) The latest sewage disposal system would
be employed throughout the hi-tech city, and a sewage treatment
plant with adequate capacity would be ensured. Apart from
this, sufficient system for Rain Water Harvesting, Rain
Water disposal etc would also be included in the provided
facilities.
d) An efficient and futuristic communication
system would cater to the present and future needs of the
township with state of the art technology, which will be
efficiently coordinated with the existing infrastructure
in the area.
e) Township will have the world-class
facilities in the shape of Schools, Shopping Malls, Retail
Space, Food Courts, Restaurants, Cineplex’s, Golf
Course, Sports Complexes etc., to cater to entertainment
and shopping needs. Apart from this, wholesale and retail
trading complexes and vegetable markets also feature in
the design scheme.
f) Large green areas as parks and jogging
tracks would be allotted and that would please the health
conscious-nature lovers all-alike.
g) Keeping in view the existing and future
needs of parking requirements for a large township, parking
lots with matching international standards would be provided.
h) Keeping in view the ever-growing need
for safety and security, it has been decided that the total
township will be boundary walled with fencing with limited
entry and exit to the township. The design would ensure
that no negative spaces are generated which may develop
into criminal pockets at later stage.
