HBN started its activity sometime in 1996 as a dairy company and project was initiated in Gannaur (Haryana) for breeding and milking of cows. The milk was retailed through our vans. Nestle India Ltd., which is closely located to our farms offered to buy the milk from us and therefore, we entered into tie up for supply of milk produced, for which the chilling and feeds mixing/composition techniques were given by Nestle. This continues till date.

With the success of our Dairy project, M/s HBN Dairies & Allied Ltd. was incorporated in December 1998 under the Regd. No. 5597690. To further increase our focus on dairy, we introduced the joint venture farming concept of cattle and farm management. Now HBN strongly positioned, is on the verge of developing a modern technically sound dairy set up, which would be our flagship of activity.
To achieve this objective, we have recently acquired a big piece of land at Gannaur near Delhi, measuring about 10 acres to develop a modern dairy farm, to be designed using the most ideal globally acceptable technology encompassing the following :
